1. Agreement

By creating an account or using nextademy.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Membership and access

Membership provides access to educational content according to your plan level. We may add, update, or restructure content to keep the curriculum current. Accounts are personal; sharing login credentials is prohibited. Business plans cover only the seats purchased.

3. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Trials require a payment method and convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly repost course materials; not to use the platform for unlawful purposes; and not to disrupt the service or other members. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, templates, and branding are owned by Nextademy or its licensors. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning and business, not to redistribute them.

6. No earnings guarantees

We teach skills. We never guarantee income, employment, business growth, revenue, client results, or investment performance. Outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
